  Alpha Gamma Xi is a sorority for professional military women. So whether you are currently serving or previously served, your membership in AGXi can help you develop additional skills to not only maximize your membership and take on leadership roles but also impact the lives of others around you.

Learn and Grow. AGXi's Diamond University or DU, has developed this e-learning and module training courses that cover information that Sorority members need to be successful at all levels of membership. Our e-learning training university will help to prepare you for all leadership roles within the organization, help you become better Diamond leaders, grow more as effective leaders within our organization. But learning and training doesn't stop here. With informative modules on a wide range of topics, and frequent updates, you'll always find more ways to grow with AGXi.

AGXi believes in fostering a lifelong commitment to learning for our members in order to not only better our Sisterhood but to become better people as well. One way for us to do that is through carefully planned e-learning modules and eventually webinars targeted to different elements of our organization and your areas of interest. DU's e-learning will help our members navigate decisions, reach new levels of Soror readiness, and lead nationally and chapters more effectively. With DU e-learning, you will be able to keep your Sorority knowledge fresh and sharpen your understanding of our backbone - The Five Pillars of Purpose.

Build Critical Skills. DU contains many useful courses that will help you to navigate behind the scenes of our organization. Our success is based upon your success as effective leaders. For professionals, critical skills such as leadership, communication, and management will help you propel our Sisterhood to the next level. Our modules are meant to assist you in gaining the training and knowledge to serve in leadership at all levels---from committees to event planning teams to strategic planning as a national officer to the board of directors. Your involvement with DU can make a significant difference in your life and our organization.
